U.S. Student Information Center and U.S. Universities Collaborate to Offer "Know You Matter" Course, Promoting Health and Happiness

While pursuing educational achievements, the mental and physical well-being of students is equally crucial. To assist college students in managing stress more effectively and promoting health and happiness, the U.S. Student Information Center, in collaboration with several U.S. universities, has organized a course called "Know You Matter."

The objective of this course is to introduce college students to the importance of mental and physical health, provide effective self-management tools, and encourage them to seek support and build positive social networks. Through these sessions, students will learn how to balance academic pressures, social lives, and personal development, thereby better adapting to the challenges of university life.

A spokesperson for the U.S. Student Information Center stated, "We recognize that the stress and anxiety of college life have a negative impact on students' academic performance and overall well-being. The goal of the 'Know You Matter' course is to equip students with the necessary skills and resources to help them establish a healthy, balanced lifestyle."

This course is designed collaboratively by a team of experts and mental health professionals from various universities. They will provide comprehensive guidance from the fields of psychology, nutrition, exercise, and social support to help students better understand and cope with the stresses and challenges of daily life.

Representatives from some participating universities have also expressed their support for this initiative. They believe that through education and support, students will be better equipped to handle life's challenges and cultivate healthy living habits and stress-coping strategies.

The "Know You Matter" course will be held regularly on the campuses of participating universities to ensure that as many students as possible benefit. This marks an important milestone in the collaboration between the Department of Education and universities, jointly committed to the development of students' mental and physical well-being and promoting a positive experience of university life.
